At Wing, Zach is primarily focused on AI-powered applications, bottom-up SaaS and productivity/collaboration tools. He also spends time in REtech, Fintech and Blockchain. Prior to Wing, Zach was CEO and co-founder of Drop, Inc., which built two award-winning iPhone apps (Drop Messages and Firefly) before selling its technology and intellectual property to Snapchat in 2016. Before founding Drop, Zach worked in the technology, media and telecommunications groups at both TPG Capital and Goldman Sachs, where he was involved with various technology deals, including TPG's investment in Uber.

Before Attentive, Zach was a Product Manager at Yext Previous to Yext, Zach worked on the Financial Products UX team at Bloomberg LP building cross-asset trading functionality on The Terminal for both Buy-Side and Sell-Side clients.

Zach is the Managing Partner at Launch Africa Ventures Africa's leading Early-Stage VC Fund. He is also the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Startupbootcamp AfriTech – the leading multi-corporate backed venture accelerator program in Africa. In 2013, he founded Cactus Advisors – a specialist corporate finance advisory firm and micro VC fund specializing in high growth, high impact African tech ventures. Zach is a prominent Angel investor in 100+ leading tech startups in Africa including Flutterwave, KudaBank, MPost, Recomed and several others.

Zachary Bogue Zack has over a decade of experience in Silicon Valley as an entrepreneur, lawyer, angel investor and advisor for big data startups. Zack is a co-founder and co-managing partner of Data Collective, a venture fund with a unique team of experienced venture capitalists, technology entrepreneurs and practicing engineers, investing together in seed and early stage Big Data and IT infrastructure companies. Zack also is a cofounder and managing partner of Founders Den, a shared workspace for experienced technology entrepreneurs.

Zack is an entrepreneur and futurist who has deep insight into how emerging technologies impact industry and human society. He is a proactive board member and investor across a broad array of technology and health-related markets and enjoys helping innovators achieve their visions. Before JAZZ, Zack built several companies focused on connecting industries including a global conference ecosystem that enabled thousands of startups to tap into new sources of capital. Needing to share his vision for the next 50 years, he wrote the global best-selling book, The Neuro Revolution: How Brain Science Is Changing Our World.

Zack joined the firm in 2013 and helps lead Battery’s growing industrial-technology and life science tools practice, backing later-stage, buyout investments in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to Battery, Zack was an investor at WestView Capital Partners, where he evaluated and executed middle-market buyout and recapitalization transactions across the tech-enabled services and software sectors. Zack began his career in the investment banking group at Avondale Partners.

Since joining MetaProp as a General Partner in September of 2016, Zak has led MetaProp’s venture capital funds, investing in high-growth PropTech startups that are transforming the way we conceptualize, utilize, build, transact, interact with, and manage physical space.

Zavain is the co-founder of Dimension. Previously, he was a partner at Lux Capital.

Zeshan holds board roles at MBX partner companies Attivare Therapeutics, Cloudcath, Mae Health, AmacaThera, and SecureAire.  Previously, he was the CEO of FundRx, a healthcare and life sciences investment marketplace. Prior to FundRx, he was Managing Partner at Tensile Company, a venture advisory firm. At Tensile, he was an investor and advisor to plant genetics firm Ebbu, Inc (acquired in 2018 for $330mm) and worked with Torreya Partners, a life sciences investment bank, to launch AvaRx, an M&A research platform for the pharma industry.  He is an advisor to BrainMind, a consortium working to support advances in brain science. Zeshan earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University, and is a Kauffman Fellow.

Zia Huque is a General Partner of Prime Movers Lab where he focuses on growth-stage investing. Zia brings a wealth of experience in later-stage financing, having been in the business of risk investment and risk management across credit, rates, equities, and derivatives asset classes for the vast majority of his career. Zia also brings his operational expertise to Prime Movers Lab, having had vast executive, strategic and operational responsibilities across multiple businesses and regions of a top-five global investment bank managing tens of billions of dollars and thousands of employees. He led investments in Energy Vault (NRGV), Lyten, and Upward Farms. He also serves on the boards of Boom Supersonic and Vaxxinity.

Ziad Mokhtar is a technology entrepreneur and investor. He is currently working on launching new technology ventures. Ziad is one of the Co-founders and a Managing Partner at Algebra Ventures, Egypt’s leading VC firm. He was also Managing Partner at Ideavelopers. Ziad has been an active VC investor since 2010. He has invested in many transformative technology companies in Egypt and the Middle East, including siware, vezeeta, elmenus, trella, dsquares, orcas, and posrocket. Before becoming a venture investor, Ziad served as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company where he worked in areas of economic development, healthcare reform, and education. Prior to McKinsey, he co-founded eSpace in 2000 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2006. While at eSpace, he led the development of the number one mobile salesforce solution in the Middle East, and spearheaded eSpace’s international services. Ziad holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Alexandria University.

Prior to Frontline, Zoe was an investor with Octopus Ventures for four and a half years, leading their deeptech investment team. Before venture, Zoe spent almost a decade as a corporate lawyer with a stint at Goldman Sachs.

Zoe is the Chief Marketing Officer at Kairos. She leads brand and marketing strategy as well as new product development. She previously developed & led the Kairos Fellowship, a community of the brightest young entrepreneurs around the world. Prior to joining Kairos, Zoe held positions in various medical research labs, including the cardiovascular division at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, where she conducted analyses on the effects of sleep deprivation on young medical professionals.

Prior to becoming an investor she was the CEO & Founder of Grazeable, an agtech company built to empower farmers and ranchers with the tools they need to to effectively deploy regenerative techniques on their land.

Zoe holds hands-on experience working with ClimateTech founders through her previous role as Program Manager of Venture For ClimateTech and has a deep understanding of sourcing founders at scale from her time as Pipeline Coordinator at Techstars. She is an Environmental Engineer by training with core competencies in water treatment, hydrology, soil science, regenerative agriculture, long range IoT, and sustainable construction.

When Zoe isn’t speaking with founders you can find her on her small regenerative farm in the mountains or skiing/biking on a nearby trail.
