My professional passion is putting technology and capital to work for the greater good. I have been active in the innovation space since the 1980s, as a member, founder, mentor, and advisor to a host of (mostly) technology-driven startups. I created and teach a course for Tufts University called Innovative Social Enterprises, which has consistently been rated "most impactful" since its inception. It is also now one of the core courses for a minor in Social Impact and a concentration in Social Entrepreneurship. I've also been privileged to write and speak on innovationand strategy-related themes for a wide variety of domestic and global audiences, including TBLI, Global InvestHer, GreenMoney, GreenBiz, Sloan Women in Management, Sloan EMBA, GIST Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, High Water Women, We Own It Summit, All-Russia Innovation Convention, Northeastern University, Forum 20/20, and the MIT Nuts & Bolts Course, among others.
