Amit joined Accel in 2016 and works with early-stage teams across a number of consumer, b2b, and developer-oriented categories. Areas of particular focus include fintech and digital health. Previously, Amit was an Accel entrepreneur as the co-founder of CardSpring, where he led engineering for its developer-facing API platform. Twitter acquired CardSpring, where he then led engineering for several of Twitter’s commerce initiatives.

Ping joined Accel in 2004. Prior to Accel, Ping served as product line manager and director of corporate development at Juniper Networks. He started his technology career in Asia working for Singapore Telecom and Goldman Sachs Asia's technology practice.

Joined Insight in 2016. Her focus areas include high-growth software, marketplaces, and consumer internet. Started her career as a management consultant in McKinsey & Company’s New York office. Rebecca graduated summa cum laude from Yale University with a BA in Ethics, Politics, and Economics.

Andy McLoughlin invests in early-stage software startups that help businesses operate like the best companies in the world either by building better, selling more, or operating more effectively. His portfolio includes LaunchDarkly, Human Interest, Focal Systems, Fountain, Crossbeam, Coder, Sym, Tailscale and Mutiny. Prior to joining Uncork in 2015, Andy was co-founder of Huddle, a London-based enterprise collaboration platform which was acquired in 2017. He was also an active angel investor with a personal portfolio of 40+ startups including Intercom; Tray.io, Pipedrive (acquired by Vista Equity Partners; Bugsnag; Apiary (acquired by Oracle); Buffer; Secret Escapes; Calm; and Postmates (acquired by Uber).

Jesse is a General Partner at Heavybit. He is best known for founding Chef, the Velocity Conference/DevOps movement, and pioneering chaos engineering at Amazon. He was the first chair of O’Reilly’s Velocity conference kickstarting the DevOps movement and served as Amazon’s original “Master of Disaster.” He is an avid dev community-builder and technical advisor and holds board positions with Sanity, Mobot, and others.

Joe Ruscio is a venture capital and tech startup veteran, having cofounded observability pioneer Librato and having worked in monitoring, analytics, cloud, and enterprise software development at leading firms such as SolarWinds, Evergrid, and Motorola for more than two decades. He has led investments for, and continues to advise, some of the fastest-growing developer-first startups in the industry.

Joined CRV in 2017, and in just five short years has made his mark at the 50-year-old firm by finding extraordinary success in the crowded early stage tech space He graduated from Bates College, where he was captain of the basketball team.
