She co-founded and served as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Palindrome Advisors, a nonprofit advisory firm focused on board matching, startup mentorship and nonprofit education for executives. While at Palindrome, Anna led the prioritization of potential initiatives by assessing impact and cost implications.

Jay was the former president of Atlassian, an award-winning enterprise software company that helps teams collaborate, build software and serve their customers better; more than 43,000 large and small organizations – including Citigroup, eBay, Coca-Cola, Gilt Group, Proctor & Gamble, BMW, and NASA – use Atlassian’s tracking, collaboration, communication, service management, and development products to work smarter and deliver quality results on time. He began his career at Plumtree Software where he held a variety of senior marketing and sales roles. Significantly, Jay oversaw the company's expansion throughout Europe and the Asia Pacific. When Plumtree was acquired by BEA Systems in 2005, Jay became vice president of marketing for BEA Systems, which was later acquired by Oracle in 2008.

Chang previously was a Principal at Upfront Ventures, where she focused on investing in AI and the future of work. Prior to joining venture, she was a founder and operator. She was the first Product Manager at the Minerva Project and co-founded Onion Math, an ed-tech startup in China that has raised $90M. She started her career at BCG, advising clients across tech, retail, healthcare and private equity. She holds an MBA and AB in Applied Math and Computer Science from Harvard.
