Prior to co-founding Acrew Capital, Theresia was a co-founder at Aspect Ventures and a Managing General Partner at Accel. Theresia has been fortunate to work with many successful companies through IPOs or acquisitions. Theresia was named to Forbes’ 100 Most Powerful Women list, has been recognized 9 times on the Forbes Midas List, was named one of the 40 Most Influential Minds in Tech by Time Magazine, named to the Carnegie Corporation’s annual Distinguished Immigrants List, as well as being listed in 2022 Forbes 50 over 50.

Jeff is co-founder and partner at Craft. He has been a successful tech entrepreneur and investor for two decades. He dropped out of school and co-founded StubHub in March 2000. By 2007, StubHub had over 400 employees, more than $600 million of gross merchandise volume and partnerships with many professional and college sports teams. Jeff served as CEO of StubHub until it was acquired by eBay for $310 million in 2007. Jeff also created Spreecast, a social video platform, that ceased operations in 2016. Jeff began his career working for the Blackstone Group in New York and Thomas Weisel Partners in San Francisco.

Someone who understands a problem space better than anyone else will be the absolute best steward for their company. They’re never going to give up on their idea, and no one can compete with their instincts and commitment. My goal is to be a founder’s first call. That’s not something you can add to a term sheet. It has to be earned—through trust, delivery and being there when things are messy and hard. Real company-building is not glamorous work. I thrive on partnering with people who will make a dent in tomorrow—and on being there with whatever they need to maximize that dent.

Sameer is responsible for Accel's investments in Aura, Bonobos (acquired by Walmart), CrowdStrike (CRWD), DecisionLink, Diapers.com (acquired by Amazon), DJI, Donut, Dropbox (DBX), Dropcam (acquired by Google), Eagle Eye Networks, Flipkart (acquired by Walmart), Freshworks (FRSH), Jet (acquired by Walmart), Orum, Plex (Acquired by Rockwell Automation), Public, Sonatype (acquired by Vista), Spotify (SPOT), Venmo (acquired by Braintree/PayPal), Wonder, and World View.
