AnD Ventures runs its own operating studio, AnD Studio, where about half of its portfolio companies work with a hands-on team for five to six months before AnD invests, using corporate relationships to test and shape products in the market before a check is written. This studio-first approach is meant to address execution, which the fund's leadership says causes roughly half of Israeli startup failures, and it's paired with a network of outside operators and specialists—including executives from companies like Sisense, HubSpot, and SAP—who can join boards or invest directly alongside the fund.
