Galion.exe was spun out of The Galion Project, a selective French founder collective, so instead of being a conventional institutional VC, it's owned by and built from a network of hundreds of founders who have each raised at least €3m, and it gives seed-stage companies a way into that community. Its support is unusually hands-on and structured, including a founder-heavy investment committee, board partners, 100+ events a year, shared playbooks, and an evaluation approach that favors founders' willingness to adapt and collaborate over rigid scoring systems.
