SIVentures is a mostly privately funded seed and early-stage fund built into Leipzig's smart-infrastructure ecosystem, originally focused on Central Germany (Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia) and led by former JPMorgan and BNP Paribas professionals, with two exits already from its first fund—including mementor's sale to ResMed—plus Enginsight and traide AI in its portfolio. It has since broadened from its original smart infrastructure focus to back B2B software startups across Europe, while keeping ties to energy, IT infrastructure, and AI, and drawing funding from companies, banks, family offices, founders, and funds of funds across Germany.
