World Fund is Europe's largest dedicated climate tech VC fund, launched by green search engine Ecosia and backed by major institutional investors like the European Investment Fund and KfW Capital. The fund requires each startup to be able to save at least 100Mt CO2e per year at scale using their proprietary Climate Performance Potential methodology, and focuses on climate solutions so competitive on price and performance that they "can sell even to climate deniers."
