Abhinaya joined M25 fresh out of college as its fourth employee, having first gotten into venture capital by creating a YouTube series in college where she interviewed entrepreneurs and studied why startups failed; she later grew into a partner role over the fund's first decade while leading outbound deal sourcing and building the internal tools and AI systems the team runs on. Beyond investing, she's known for organizing large Chicago tech events and founder dinners, and in her free time she builds side projects and stays involved with a pay-it-forward scholarship program.
