Agate Freimane is a co-founder and founding General Partner of Norrsken VC who built what is now Europe's largest early-stage generalist impact fund from the ground up, bringing an unusual combination of Wall Street finance experience and zero-to-one startup operating experience as one of the first employees at BrickVest.
