Christine Keung is a general partner at J2 Ventures who brings an unusual combination of experience across big tech, venture capital, and government, including early security roles at Dropbox, investment work at Bridgewater and Atomic, and hands-on federal crisis response during COVID-19 when she helped design the Paycheck Protection Program at the U.S. Small Business Administration. As a first-generation college graduate who grew up working in her family's Chinese restaurant, she uses her immigrant small-business background and tri-sector experience to help dual-use and govtech founders navigate both enterprise security requirements and complex government systems.
