Dave Tucker built his reputation by helping scale Workiva from a small pre-revenue team into a public company, and he brings that hands-on technical background into his work at Next Level Ventures, where he focuses on architecture and development diligence, looks for founders who can clearly explain the problem they're solving, and openly advises founders not to take venture money unless they truly need it.
