David Kelly co-founded Web Summit and scaled it into one of the world's best-known tech conferences before moving into venture capital, giving him deep experience in building founder communities and networks. As an Irish founder-operator now based in San Francisco, he brings a cross-Atlantic perspective that helps position founders for both European and US opportunities from day one.
