Gintas Daniusevičius is a Partner and CFO at Practica Capital who combines a finance background in IFRS, auditing, and financial modeling with hands-on work building Practica's ESG policy, due diligence checklist, and scorecard, and he has said startups that ignore ESG could struggle to raise even seed funding within a few years.
