Hank Plain is a founding partner at Lightstone Ventures who spent 12 years at Eli Lilly before becoming CEO of Perclose and leading it through both IPO and sale to Abbott, then co-founded eight medical device companies with The Foundry incubator before moving into venture investing. He focuses specifically on medical devices and drug-like device opportunities while serving on boards ranging from medtech companies to ZeaKal (an agricultural technology company) and chairing the Board of Trustees of the Naval Postgraduate School Foundation.
