Coalition is a $12.5M fund run by three active founders still building companies (Cityblock Health, Tribe AI, and Angi) who provide pre-seed and seed funding alongside hands-on support from people currently doing the jobs founders need. The fund was built specifically to fix cap tables by systematically placing top women operators as angels and advisors, turning the cap table itself into a designed support system that gives founders functional help in marketing, revenue, ops, product, and engineering without additional dilution.
