Jody Shepherd has been part of the Rocky Mountain startup scene since 2004, working as both a venture banker and connector while serving as co-chair of the Colorado Venture Summit, where he champions one-on-one meetings and informal networking as the real driver of deals. He's built his career at the crossroads of banking and venture investing, moving from Square 1 Bank to his current role as Managing Director of Venture Banking at Customers Bank and co-founder of Service Provider Capital, a fund with over 550 investments across six regions in its first decade.
