Joelle Cosmas leads platform at Listen, focusing on building candid communities for consumer brand founders through dinners and themed conversations rather than pitch-driven events, including gatherings centered on Asian-American founders and topics like peptides and emotion-driven consumption. Her background in brand strategy and communications, paired with her work turning consumer research into founder-facing discussions, makes her stand out more as a brand and community builder within venture than a typical deal-focused investor.
