Mark Accomando built and sold his own family business, worked in hospitality and travel management (including at Ritz Carlton and Sceptre), and later became a Certified EOS Implementer with the CEPA credential, giving him a hands-on toolkit for helping founder-led and family-owned businesses get ready for capital events, succession, and M&A over the next 3-5 years. At Heartland, he's known for his board involvement with Soil Connect and for focusing on leadership-team health, follow-through, and pacing change, an approach shaped in part by his background as a former college football player recognized on Muhlenberg's All-Decade Team and All-Centennial Conference selection.
