Mark Volchek co-founded Higher One as a Yale senior and spent about 15 years leading it through CFO, Chairman, and CEO roles as it grew from three founders to over 1,000 employees, eventually supporting around 13 million students across 1,900 schools and reaching a NASDAQ IPO. Beyond his own investing, he plays a visible role in Florida's venture community as chair of the Florida Venture Forum and as chair of the selection committee for the Florida Early Stage Capital Conference.
