Matt Baker spent 18 years at the CIA leading worldwide protective operations and later served as Chief of Staff to the Director of National Intelligence before rejoining Valor Equity Partners in 2026, after earlier working as a DEA special agent in Detroit. At Valor, he supports investor relations as well as strategic initiatives for the CEO and senior leaders, a path reflected in his criminal justice studies at Michigan State.
