Before joining Multiball Capital, Matt Kozlov worked across cybersecurity, mobile entertainment, music, tech strategy, and consulting—including serving as CEO of Moonshark, a mobile entertainment startup backed by CAA and Qualcomm—and later led Techstars programs in both healthcare and space despite starting out with no background in either field. He's especially known for helping startups build real partnerships with hospitals, government agencies, and large companies, and for understanding the practical business side of space and defense technology, including how government funding programs like SBIR grants can help startups grow.
