Michael B. Moradzadeh grew up coding in Silicon Valley in the 1980s and 90s, started a dot-com with his brother, and worked at Napster and Check Point before becoming a lawyer, which shaped his frustration that law firms serving tech companies were still run like it was the 1990s. As founding CEO of Rimon PC and its MSO NovaLaw, he built a firm from scratch around video conferencing and cloud computing, pushed for outside investment in law firms, and describes great leadership—citing Moses as his model—as creating more leaders rather than followers.
