Michael Nogen is a former founder who launched and scaled Theality, a maternity apparel company that reached 200+ global retailers and launched Zappos' maternity category, before becoming a venture investor at Overton Venture Capital. He also founded Presidium Capital, which acquires and operates established small businesses, making him one of the few investors who simultaneously runs both an early-stage venture fund and a long-term acquisition vehicle.
