Murat Aktihanoglu is a deeply technical operator-turned-investor who founded the original Entrepreneurs Roundtable in 2007 as a free monthly gathering and grew it into a core part of NYC's startup ecosystem before co-founding ERA in 2010, where he reviews roughly 1,500 applications every six months and selects about 1% based on mentorability rather than just traction.
