Nick Chong spent nearly 13 years at Zoom, joining as one of its earliest team members and rising from Head of Product to Chief Customer Officer, where he led global customer support and identified education and small businesses as Zoom's key early markets. Before that, he built network security companies later acquired by Cisco and McAfee and led Cisco's first emerging technology unit in India, and today he continues building in AI as founder of Jolli.ai while working as a venture partner at Fellows Fund.
