GP at Flex Capital, where Paul runs the fund full-time. He previously founded Lemonaid Health, a first-of-its-kind telehealth platform, which led to a $400M acquisition by 23andMe in 2021.
From 2021 to 2023, Paul led the consumer business and P&L at 23andMe, which generated $275M in revenue. He taught himself to code in high school and has run large growth, marketing, product, and innovation teams.
Post-acquisition, Paul has coached CEOs and founders and served on both public and private company boards.
