Preeti Rathi combines a computer science background from Stanford, an MBA from Wharton, and product work on Cisco’s ASR 9000 with a track record of calling major shifts early, such as pushing founders toward specific AI applications back in 2017 and backing Rockset’s vector search bet before it was acquired by OpenAI, all while taking an active board role at At-Bay to help shape how cyber insurance and security come together. Her other board seat at Alation came from the same mix of enterprise infrastructure and AI experience, and alongside other wins like Turi and Asserts, she’s known for valuing humility and kindness among investors and for mentoring women in venture through All Raise.
