Ramez El-Serafy spent 14 years building Flat6Labs from an idea into one of MENA's most active accelerators before co-founding F6 Ventures, giving him unusually long, hands-on exposure to hundreds of early-stage founders across the region. This accelerator-to-venture capital journey makes him a continuity figure for founders, having seen many of them from idea stage through to institutional funding while designing investment strategies with that full-funnel experience in mind.
