Rayne Steinberg is a veteran ETF entrepreneur who has twice built new category asset managers that challenge incumbents, first helping create WisdomTree as a pure-ETF alternative to traditional mutual funds, and now Arca as a crypto-native asset manager offering institutional products across hedge funds, tokenized funds, and trusts. After experiencing systemic risk firsthand during 2008 at WisdomTree and later switching his construction-materials company to Bitcoin payments when traditional banks were reluctant to serve the business, he returned full-time to digital assets with a personal understanding of both traditional finance vulnerabilities and Bitcoin's practical utility as decentralized, programmatic money.
