Rob Biederman built Catalant out of a Harvard Business School class project and grew it into a large enterprise talent network, even cold-emailing Mark Cuban to raise his first outside funding, before moving into venture investing at Asymmetric Capital Partners with a focus on backing strong teams and applying AI to industries like manufacturing and supply chain rather than chasing trends. Outside of work, he has summited 44 of the 48 White Mountain peaks above 4,000 feet and hopes to one day live in Wyoming full-time.
