Roland Geeraedts spent more than nine years at EY working on over 60 M&A deals before joining Moonfare as one of its first five employees and helping it grow into a firm with more than 250 people, over €2 billion in assets, and a U.S. presence—giving him a mix of deal experience and hands-on startup-building history that's uncommon for a fund executive. At Visionaries Tomorrow, he holds a legal managing director role overseeing finance, legal, tax, and HR, while also speaking publicly about making private markets more accessible, hosting gatherings for fellow VC and PE finance leaders, and pushing for simpler, more integrated finance systems over bulky traditional software.
