Rotem Eldar co-founded 10D after building experience as both a startup operator and venture investor, including leading product management at Boston startups and running Eagle Labs, a private investment vehicle focused on AI applications in financial markets. He is an alumnus of Israel's elite Talpiot program and Unit 81 who received the Israel National Security Award from the President of Israel, and serves as a board member at SCOLA where he helps build the ecosystem for Unit 81 alumni.
