Before moving into venture investing, Stephen Ross worked as Director of Sales at a consumer electronics startup, handling both sales and supply chain, and he later built and still runs Hyde Park Angels' Deal Lead Program, which helps lead investors support hiring, sales, and introductions across more than 80 portfolio companies. He joined the firm as an Analyst in 2016 and worked his way up to Partner by 2024, a path shaped in part by a college seminar on sustainability that first drew him toward climate and energy investing.
