Thomas Labryga is a partner at Vireo Ventures who also co-founded IOM Advisory, an M&A boutique for energy deals, giving him experience as both a transaction advisor and venture investor in the same sector. Before joining Vireo, he led energy investments at the venture arm of one of Europe's largest utilities, where he served on boards of companies like gridX, eSmart Systems, and GreenCom Networks, and was involved in major utility deals including the IPO of Innogy SE, one of Germany's largest public offerings.
