Todor Breshkov at LAUNCHub Ventures operates with an unusually ecosystem-focused approach, treating his own fund like a startup that must constantly iterate its fundraising and positioning while advocating for collaborative multi-fund dealmaking among Bulgarian VCs to present a united front to international capital. He focuses on building specific structural pieces missing from Bulgaria's startup ecosystem—like true for-profit accelerators and deeper institutional LP bases—while backing AI tools that enhance product decision-making workflows rather than just code generation.
