4DX Ventures is a New York-headquartered venture capital fund founded by former Bridgewater Associates investor Peter Orth and ex-Morgan Stanley banker Walter Baddoo, with on-the-ground offices in Accra, Cairo, and Nairobi to combine global capital-market access with local operator proximity. The fund has become known as a conviction, repeat backer of Africa's B2B e-commerce category leaders, investing multiple times in both Egypt's MaxAB and Kenya's Wasoko and helping orchestrate their cross-border merger.
