Heartcore Capital operates on values of Truth, Love, and Growth and explicitly filters for authentically committed founders, positioning itself as a feelings-forward VC that prioritizes genuine relationships over purely transactional behavior. The firm combines a consumer tech heritage with a strategic pivot into enabling technologies like quantum computing and climate software, framing investments around strengthening societal resilience in what they describe as Europe's war economy.
