NOEMIS Ventures is a solo-GP seed fund run by Simeon Iheagwam, a Brooklyn-born New Yorker who started with his own life savings and uses an unusually rigid 8-factor investment framework that applies leveraged-finance analysis to early-stage startups. The fund focuses on NYC founders in fintech, marketplaces, and AI/ML, achieving top-quartile performance with 7 of 10 initial companies having major events and producing a ~3x return in 3.5 years.
