Tango.vc is a fully public 506(c) venture fund where solo GP Ivan Kirigin transparently blogs about fund mechanics, LP processes, and performance in real-time—unusual behavior for VC funds that typically keep fundraising details private. The small fund ($4.7M-$10M) is built around Ivan's deep ML/robotics operating background and his 62x return on pre-YC Cruise Automation, positioning itself as a flexible co-investor in highly technical deals rather than competing to lead rounds.
