LEAD is a sports-focused venture fund built around professional teams and athletes as active partners, not just investors or customers, working with teams like the Orlando Magic and FC Cincinnati and running an invite-only athlete vehicle called Locker Room for athlete-investors like Harry Kane. It operates as a family of funds spanning pre-seed through Series A plus advisory work, with a hands-on approach that includes deep involvement in portfolio companies like Rooter and partnerships like The Draft aimed at emphasizing venture building alongside financing.
