Carlos Camacho invests across Southeast Asia with a particular focus on Singapore and the Philippines, a path shaped by earlier work at Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, then at Fundnel, where he helped build what is described as Southeast Asia's largest private investment platform, before studying at UCLA and Columbia Business School and eventually joining Qualgro. He describes his approach as investing in the people behind a business and helping them reach their full potential, and beyond his work at Qualgro he appears to be building something in stealth mode while also speaking on panels about Singapore-Philippines venture ties, including one alongside Kaya Founders' Paulo Campos.
