Before becoming a managing partner at JumpStart Ventures, Hardik co-founded a startup and worked in telecom engineering in India and the U.K., and he now focuses on backing companies that modernize older industries like steel supply chains, orthodontics, healthcare, and manufacturing by combining AI with deep industry knowledge. He's also become a key organizer in Ohio's startup scene, helping start Ohio VC Fest in 2022, and has spoken about moving to Cleveland without a job after his first company didn't work out, crediting the local community with helping him build his career in venture capital.
