Founded and led by LinkedIn's longtime CEO Jeff Weiner and his former Chief of Staff Brian Rumao, Next Play Ventures applies the specific "LinkedIn playbook" that scaled the company from startup to multi-billion-dollar public company to coach a new generation of founders. The firm blurs the line between venture fund and leadership institute by publishing codified leadership curricula and providing hands-on leadership coaching rather than just capital, positioning "Coach" as the most important word in their mission for top founders who proactively seek them out for structured development.
