Jessica Pacheco spent over 22 years in senior roles at Pinnacle West/Arizona Public Service, working across corporate development, policy, communications, and economic development throughout Arizona, the Southwest, and northern Mexico before becoming a venture investor at Copper Sky Capital. She has also led binational efforts as president of the Arizona-Mexico Commission board and through leadership roles with the Border Trade Alliance, giving her a background in cross-border economic development and regional infrastructure that's uncommon among venture investors.
