Laura Constantini is considered one of the earliest female venture investors in Brazil, having moved from telecom equity research and M&A during the country's privatization era into early-stage investing alongside Edson Rigonatti, where she learned to tell mission-driven founders apart from mercenary ones and built trust with early LPs by being open about both her wins and her mistakes.
