Lynn Zoenen is a Principal and Managing Director at Alpine Space Ventures who co-founded Moonarch to repurpose terrestrial technologies from oil & gas, telecoms, robotics, and navigation for space applications, and previously built ispace's European business from the ground up including creating their payload sales pipeline and technology partnerships. She chaired the technical team of The Hague International Space Resources Working Group and contributed to drafting governance frameworks for the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, while also serving on Luxembourg's National Agency for Innovation and Research Management Board, giving her an unusual combination of hands-on space operations experience and regulatory expertise.
