Before co-founding Rampersand, Paul spent about 15 years as a marketing and communications executive across Silicon Valley, Israel, Europe, and the UK, working through several company sales and a Nasdaq listing, and he keeps his portfolio small on purpose so he can stay closely involved with founders long after the first check, as seen in his ongoing work with PredictHQ on its U.S. expansion.
