Zaid Ayoub built his career in semiconductor engineering before becoming a hands-on operator, running businesses like a system to be tested rather than following industry convention—shifting production back into store kitchens when the commissary model stopped working and cutting catering lead times from 48 hours down to four. He has also worked across borders, helping set up an engineering outsource center in Jordan and co-founding Connect.JO for the Jordanian diaspora, while bringing that same hands-on, detail-focused approach to his work as a venture investor.
